To succeed in this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing chatbot applications using the below technologies

In this role, you will get to:

- Design, development and testing of large scale chatbot solutions in the technical environment.

Our most successful candidates will have:

• Proven experience on chatbot development and support.
• Hands on Experience on Microsoft Bot Framework V3 & V4.
• Experience using NodeJS framework with good understanding of underlying architecture.
• Experience with Php, HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Knowledge on Microsoft Cognitive Services (Azure) and Recognizers like LUIS, Q&A Maker and Regex.
• Knowledge on NLP NLU engines like Dialogflow, Watson, Lex will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, App and Web Services.
• Experience in ServiceNow Platform.
• Experience in creating REST APIs (FaaS).
• Experience on CRM integration (Salesforce MS Dynamics ZenDesk etc) with chatbot solution will be an added advantage
• Experience on deploying chatbot solution in cloud and internal premises.
• Working experience on Source Controls like Git, Azure DevOps and Code Commit etc.
• Good understanding and experience following test-driven developm
